Your Role: Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to our operational teams throughout all project phases. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects, from initial planning to final completion.

  • Provide Expert Legal Guidance: Offer strategic legal counsel to operational management across all stages of project development, including dispute resolution and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Effectively coordinate with legal departments of the Île-de-France Region and other clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Ensure Legal Compliance: Meticulously review and ensure the legal compliance of all public procurement documents, safeguarding our projects against potential risks.
  • Develop and Maintain Legal Resources: Draft, revise, and maintain comprehensive legal documents and templates, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal processes.
  • Contribute to Legal Research and Knowledge Sharing: Actively participate in legal research initiatives and disseminate relevant information within the organization.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a specialization in public procurement, local government law, or construction law.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar legal role within the infrastructure or construction sector.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong understanding of relevant legal frameworks and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all legal deliverables.
