Automotive Design Engineer

Hutchinson, a leading global manufacturer of automotive components, is seeking a talented and motivated Automotive Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Our specialized facility focuses on the design, development, and production of anti-vibration supports for engine and vehicle suspensions. We are part of a larger network of experts within the Hutchinson Group, renowned for its expertise in rubber technology.

As an integral member of our Product Development Group, you will play a crucial role in bringing innovative automotive solutions to market.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute all phases of product development, encompassing 3D/2D design, simulation, and validation.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and production specialists.
• Provide comprehensive progress reports to the Product Manager and Group Development Manager.
• Monitor the performance of your designs throughout the series production process.

Your Qualifications:

• A technical degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field, coupled with relevant experience in industrial product design.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and a strong aptitude for problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
