Key Responsibilities- Participate in the planning and development of training content, including elearnings, in-store materials, and videos.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative content, including writing, graphics creation, and layout production.
- Manage translation projects across various formats, including elearnings, videos, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Oversee the Global Blue internal training platform, ensuring seamless user management, course availability, and community engagement.
- Assist in organizing online and in-person training events, focusing on graphic design elements.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external training campaigns.
- First-hand experience in Digital Marketing or Training and Sales.
- An ongoing university degree in Business Administration, Training/Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (certification required).
- Native speaker proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Interest in retail, digital marketing, and luxury products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fixed remuneration (€1,200 Gross monthly remuneration).
