About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced credit analyst to join our Real Estate & Lodging Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating credit applications for commercial real estate transactions, as well as monitoring and managing credit exposures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis of commercial real estate transactions, including financial modeling, industry research, and risk assessment.
- Documentation Review: Review and analyze legal documentation related to credit transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Credit Exposures: Monitor and manage credit exposures, including single asset financings, portfolio financings, and corporate financings.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients, including responding to questions and providing updates on credit applications.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including distribution and asset rotation groups, to ensure seamless execution of credit transactions.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and credit analysis tools.
