La mission de nos équipes est de mener au succès les projets industriels de nos clients par des prestations d'assistance au pilotage des activités d'ingénierie et à la maîtrise des aspects qualité, coûts et délais de leurs programmes.
Description du posteDans le cadre du renforcement du pôle PMO d'Elysis Île-De-France, nous recherchons des Project Manager Officer H/F pour différents clients industriels basés en Île-De-France.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Participer et contribuer à la structuration du projet selon la typologie du contrat
- Piloter l'avancement du programme et gérer les délais (planification, identification du chemin critique et analyse des marges et optimisation, suivi des jalons et livrables)
- Gérer les coûts (dépenses, restes à faire, évaluation du coût à terminaison)
- Gérer la charge capacité du programme (gestion du capacitaire et des ressources allouées au programme, analyse des besoins entre l'équipe programme et les métiers) et selon la typologie du contrat
- Réaliser un reporting en assurant la mise à jour d'un tableau de bord avec un statut clair de l'avancement du programme et réaliser des synthèses ponctuelles selon le besoin
- Gérer les risques et opportunités du programme
- Analyser les écarts et proposer des solutions d'amélioration ou d'optimisation liées au mode de fonctionnement (méthodes et outils)
- Être l'interface du Chef de Projet au sein d'une organisation matricielle (programmes, métiers, fonctions supports type contrôle de gestion) et assurer la performance du programme.
De formation Ingénieur (Bac+5) ou équivalent Master, vous avez une bonne connaissance de la gestion de projet et du métier de Project Manager Officer.
Vous avez une première expérience réussie dans l'industrie d'au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire en tant que PMO.
Un anglais professionnel est nécessaire (communication et échanges à prévoir).
La maîtrise d'un outil de planification et de gestion de projet est requise (MsProject, Primavera, Planisware, Sciforma ou autre).
La maîtrise du pack office est demandée.
La maîtrise de VBA serait un plus pour l'automatisation de certaines tâches demandant une récurrence dans le temps.
Une certification PMI, IMPA ou Prince2 serait un plus.
Vous possédez une forte capacité d'adaptation dans une équipe projet, un bon relationnel, une capacité de communication et un leadership vis-à-vis des équipes projets ainsi qu'un esprit de synthèse.
