The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with a strong background in systems-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing reliable production lines, improving existing processes, and ensuring the conformity of equipment used in our laboratory environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating production and repair activities
- Overseeing the collection of clinical team's needs and ensuring timely supply of systems or spare parts
- Coordinating the repair of defective systems in the field, in collaboration with Quality and the Investigation teams
- Managing component inventories and preparing supplier orders
- Monitoring the laboratory environment and ensuring the conformity of equipment used for production and repair activities, in collaboration with the Quality team
- Defining and validating manufacturing processes to ensure repeatability, reliability, and robustness
- Proposing continuous improvement initiatives, such as reducing production times, improving yield, and implementing lean manufacturing
- Drafting and updating production and repairs documents, and ensuring the training of manufacturing technicians
- Monitoring and resolving non-conformities, and defining corrective actions as needed
