Main Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of maintenance, repairs, and short-term rentals services to our customers.
- Contract Management: Manage contracted equipment services, monitor profitability, and take corrective actions to optimize revenue.
- Team Management: Allocate and monitor team activities for productivity and customer satisfaction, ensuring that technicians have the necessary equipment and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
- Customer Relations: Maintain good customer relations and company image through regular visits and effective communication.
- Technical Oversight: Approve technician quotes for technical and pricing adequacy, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
