Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

About the Role:

Weavy Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join its team. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account growth plans to exceed budgeted revenue and margin targets
  • Build long-term partnerships with key clients through proactive engagement and effective relationship management
  • Investigate industry trends and customer data to identify new solutions and revenue streams
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement of the commercial impact of clients on the wider business
  • Develop and implement action plans for improvement, tracking results and performance as part of peer reviews
  • Manage external stakeholders within a designated UK-based portfolio
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholder groups, including Operations Team Managers
  • Identify and deliver customer solutions that build long-term partnership resilience and retention
  • Deliver the Digital 1st strategy, including Online Booking and Workflow Solutions
  • Target product mix changes that maximize on contract spend and new revenue streams
  • Engage actively with bookers and service users across the client organization
  • Review customer profitability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Service, Tech, Operations, or Finance teams to drive commercial impact
  • Develop and implement improvement action plans, tracking results and performance
  • Carry out any other related duties within the employee's skills and abilities
