Job Title: Strategic Account Manager
About the Role:
Weavy Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join its team. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth plans to exceed budgeted revenue and margin targets
- Build long-term partnerships with key clients through proactive engagement and effective relationship management
- Investigate industry trends and customer data to identify new solutions and revenue streams
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement of the commercial impact of clients on the wider business
- Develop and implement action plans for improvement, tracking results and performance as part of peer reviews
- Manage external stakeholders within a designated UK-based portfolio
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholder groups, including Operations Team Managers
- Identify and deliver customer solutions that build long-term partnership resilience and retention
- Deliver the Digital 1st strategy, including Online Booking and Workflow Solutions
- Target product mix changes that maximize on contract spend and new revenue streams
- Engage actively with bookers and service users across the client organization
- Review customer profitability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Service, Tech, Operations, or Finance teams to drive commercial impact
- Develop and implement improvement action plans, tracking results and performance
- Carry out any other related duties within the employee's skills and abilities
