About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technician to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our Automation team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our industrial automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting
    • Correct programming errors and implement temporary fixes as needed
    • Modify programs to adapt to process changes
    • Update software and firmware to address security vulnerabilities
    • Replace communication links and troubleshoot issues
    • Support A2I agencies in their maintenance and troubleshooting efforts
  • Project Development and Implementation
    • Conduct feasibility studies and formalize functional analyses with stakeholders
    • Develop automated programs, install, and configure communication equipment
    • Implement and test new systems
    • Program supervisory systems (e.g., Topkapi) and configure databases (e.g., AQUACALC)
  • Project Management and Quality Assurance
    • Manage project components, including planning, timelines, and budgets
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
    • Track project progress and activities in A2ITTOOLS
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Industrial Informatics, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Schneider and Siemens) and communication protocols (e.g., SOFREL and PERAX)
  • Knowledge of supervisory systems (e.g., Interface Home/Machine, Topkapi, PCWIM) and network equipment (e.g., routers, switches)
  • Understanding of electrical installations and safety regulations
  • Valid driver's license (permis B)
