About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate butcher to join our team at Cora. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of meat products.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and display meat products in a visually appealing manner
- Provide expert advice to customers on meat selection and preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Cap/BEP, Bac Pro in butchery or CQP preparateur H/F in meat products
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and machine operation
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
