Payroll Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at SKILLS RH. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Operations: Manage and control payroll operations, including processing payrolls, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Human Resources Administration: Administer HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing benefits, and handling employee inquiries.
• Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related matters, including answering questions and resolving issues.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and ensure that our payroll processes are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our payroll processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role in an enterprise or consulting firm.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll systems, databases, and office software (Word, Excel).
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
