Your Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and proficient Laboratory Specialist to become a vital part of our organization. This position entails the preparation of samples, upkeep of laboratory apparatus, execution of microscopy imaging, and management of cell culture processes, including the passage, thawing, and freezing of cells. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of laboratory methodologies and a keen attention to detail.

Key Duties:

· Prepare samples and reagents

· Operate and maintain laboratory instruments

· Conduct microscopy imaging

· Execute cell culture responsibilities, including passage, thawing, and freezing of cells (2D and organoids)

· Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

· Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations

Essential Qualifications:

· Degree in Biology or a related discipline

· Prior laboratory experience is advantageous

· Expertise in microscopy imaging techniques

· Familiarity with cell culture methods, including passage, thawing, and freezing of cells

· Exceptional attention to detail and precision

· Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively

· Strong communication and organizational abilities

· Proficiency in English communication

Working Environment:

· Laboratory setting

· May involve prolonged periods of standing

· Use of protective gear as necessary
