Job Description

We are seeking an experienced M&A Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading legal aspects of M&A transactions and working closely with business teams.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, assisting business teams on assessment and management of legal and commercial risk linked to M&A transactions, participating in preparation of executive approval and ensuring M&A transactions are conducted in accordance with internal governance processes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have around 5-7 years of post-qualified experience gained while working in a top-tier law firm or multinational company.

Fluency in French and English both oral and written is essential for this role.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between €70,000 and €100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
