About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Lead Consultant to join our team at Saint-Gobain Group. As a key member of our Digital & IT organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and enhancement of our SAP S/4 HANA solution.
Your primary focus will be on developing a deep understanding of our business processes and strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and business process owners to identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a functional lead on the Sales area.
- Collaborate with other streams to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
- Participate and/or lead in design sessions, demos, and prototype sessions, testing and training workshops with business users.
- Guide the development team to develop, configure and implement the solution to meet business requirements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience on SD module and a good understanding of the Supply chain modules.
- Strong configuration experience, ability to determine when to use configuration vs. code as well as advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing solution.
- Ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents, provide estimates and deliver the desired functionality.
- Successful teamwork experience ability is required.
- Ability to easily adapt to a flexible & international environment.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English & French with operational international exposure.
