Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Elevator Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of elevators within our campus facilities. Your primary responsibility is to maintain the highest standards of safety for both students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive maintenance inspections and repairs on all elevators within the designated area.
- Effectively manage and oversee a portfolio of elevators, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to elevator breakdowns, aiming for first-time resolution and minimizing disruption.
- Perform minor repairs to maintain continuous elevator operation and prevent future issues.
- Establish and maintain clear communication with campus personnel to address any concerns or requests related to elevator maintenance.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Have a minimum of 6 months of experience working in the elevator industry.
- Demonstrate strong electrical and electrotechnical skills.
- Exhibit a unwavering commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Be comfortable utilizing electronic and digital tools for maintenance tasks.
