In alignment with our strategic vision, we are undergoing a comprehensive transformation plan aimed at modernizing our facilities through significant investments in advanced machinery, site optimization, and the gradual integration of digital technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between customer requirements and production processes.
- Assess, comprehend, and forecast customer expectations.
- Evaluate Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM) to suggest actionable improvement strategies.
- Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of information collected and utilized within our systems.
- Define and enhance methods for processing information.
- Oversee customer delivery schedules.
- Manage alerts effectively.
- Monitor transportation and parts delivery logistics.
- Prepare the Industrial and Commercial Plan (PIC) monthly to ensure volume consistency and resource efficiency.
- Establish and manage the Production Master Plan to ensure balanced workloads and safeguard production lines against customer demand variations.
- Control inventory levels and safety stock.
- Ensure alignment of the sequencer with the Production Delivery Plan (PDP) and that production adheres to planned sequences.
- Verify that supplies are sourced from the PDP.
- Ensure reliability in stock management, planning, and inventory rotation.
- Analyze operational discrepancies regarding planning and stock reliability, initiating and leading necessary Quick Response Continuous Improvement (QRCI) initiatives.
- Develop and implement FES tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with a focus on logistics.
- Proven experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, customer-oriented, with a strong focus on KPI management.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bilingual proficiency is required, with English being mandatory.
