Senior CRM Project Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior CRM Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Lesaffre.
In this role, you will report directly to the Group IT Solutions Manager and be accountable for overseeing the deployment and ongoing enhancement of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your collaboration with various departments will be crucial to ensure that the CRM system aligns with our organizational goals and improves customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM initiatives from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
- Work with cross-departmental teams to collect and evaluate business needs.
- Create comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timelines, resource distribution, and risk assessment.
- Supervise the setup, customization, and integration of the CRM platform with other operational systems.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to users to facilitate effective adoption of the CRM system.
- Track and communicate project status, addressing any challenges or obstacles that may arise.
- Continuously identify opportunities for enhancing CRM processes and features.
Education:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- PMP or a similar project management certification is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with CRM systems is essential (Salesforce or C4C).
- Fluency in English is required.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in managing CRM projects, ideally with platforms such as SAP Salescloud (C4C), Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
- Strong grasp of CRM methodologies within a B2B context.
- Experience managing projects interfacing with SAP Landscapes (SD/MM/PP/FI/CO) and ecosystems.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with CRM customization, configuration, and integration with other business applications.
- Basic understanding of data management, SQL, and reporting tools.

This position may require occasional international travel based on project implementations.
