We are seeking a highly skilled Actuary Assistant to join our Coassurance and Reinsurance team. As an Actuary Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our actuaries in the analysis and management of risks associated with collective insurance and reinsurance.

• Assist in the preparation and review of reinsurance treaties, including proportional and non-proportional reinsurance;
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decisions;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks;
• Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and strategies;
• Provide analytical support for business development and growth initiatives;
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business results;
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• Knowledge of reinsurance and insurance industry practices;
