Your Role: Shaping the Future of Employee Experience

As an Apprentice in Employee Experience & Diversity, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all IDEMIA employees. Reporting to the Talent Development Director, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience across various HR core processes while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of our employee engagement survey, including preparation, rollout, and analysis of results.
  • Develop and implement Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives across all HR processes and company-wide programs.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals and managers globally on various upcoming HR projects.
Your Profile: A Passion for People and Innovation

To excel in this role, you possess:

  • Fluency in English
  • A genuine passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in basic Excel functions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn from experienced HR professionals.

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
