Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Technician/Colorist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, listening to clients' needs and offering personalized advice and recommendations.
• Color Services: Perform color treatments, including coloring, bleaching, and highlighting, to achieve the desired look.
• Product Promotion: Promote and sell our range of hair care products to clients.
• Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program, led by our experienced coiffure experts.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Hold a CAP and/or BP coiffure diploma, with significant experience in the industry.
• Technical Skills: Possess expertise in all aspects of color, cutting, and styling.
• Soft Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of teamwork and adaptability.
