Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare support team, you will be responsible for delivering medical equipment to patient rooms in optimal condition, ensuring quality service and meeting company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medical equipment to patient rooms in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Process and prepare medical equipment for patient use, adhering to company standards and protocols
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve any equipment-related issues or concerns
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in medical equipment management software
- Ability to work flexible hours and lift up to 75 pounds
- Physical stamina for standing and walking
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in medical equipment management or a related field
- Certification in medical equipment management or a related field
