Votre mission
Notre filiale SPIE Facilities propose à ses clients une offre dédiée à la maintenance des bâtiments tertiaires, industriels et collectivités, associés à des services de Facility Management.
Grâce à l'expertise en propre de nos techniciens, ingénieurs et consultants, nos équipes interviennent dans la conception, la réalisation, l'exploitation et la maintenance d'installations économes en énergie et respectueuses de l'environnement.
Compétences requises
Vous devez avoir une formation de niveau BAC+2 et spécialisée en énergétique, ainsi qu'une habilitation électrique de niveau H0/B2.
Vous devez également avoir une expérience significative de 3 ans dans le domaine de la maintenance, avec des missions similaires.
Vos responsabilités
Vous serez amené à prendre en charge la maintenance d'installations en froid et climatisation, ainsi qu'à assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective sur tout le matériel en lien avec la production frigorifique.
Vous devrez également réaliser les dépannages et les petits travaux type P5.
Conditions d'emploi
Vous travaillerez en itinérance sur des data center, et vous devrez être en mesure de développer et maintenir la relation client en apportant vos conseils.
Vous devrez également participer aux réunions et prendre en compte les demandes d'intervention auprès de l'encadrement.
