We are seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Performance Manager to join our team at ManoMano. As a key player in our logistics and transport activities, you will be responsible for monitoring operation performance, customer satisfaction, and leading deep analytics to drive operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to leverage data to improve our operational processes and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities will include building and automating performance monitoring dashboards, managing and guaranteeing data quality and knowledge, and discovering and leveraging new data sources and AI technologies.
Preferred experience includes engineering, business, or tech school, with a strong background in operations and ecommerce. Fluency in French and English is required.
As a Logistics and Fulfillment Performance Manager at ManoMano, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, with a wide field of action and autonomy. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in data-driven e-commerce and logistics.
