Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Content and Community Coordinator to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our digital content team, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and in-resort screens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy to engage with our customers and promote the Club Med brand
- Create high-quality digital content, including videos, images, and written content, to showcase our resorts and experiences
- Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Work closely with the resort team to ensure that digital content is aligned with the resort's goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation and management, preferably in a hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features and functionalities
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
