We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our European team, you will be responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations
* Participate in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans
* Develop acceptance tests and inspection criteria
* Guide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety/security systems
* Assist in the development of Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Standard Maintenance Procedures
* Train maintenance and operation employees to expected Reliability Centered Maintenance practices
* Track production losses and abnormally high maintenance cost assets, then find ways to reduce those losses or high costs
* Make recommendations for replacement parts or new purchases to be included in the annual maintenance budget

Requirements

* Master's degree in Engineering preferable in mechanical, electrical or electronic fields
* Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience in a food or FMCG manufacturing facility
* Knowledge and experience of condition inspection techniques and test equipment
* Proven ability to develop and execute reliability improvement strategies and plans
* Applied knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices and principles
* Computer literacy in MS Office, SAP or similar and MicroStrategy
* Data processing and analytics Financial knowledges, Analytics, statistics Project design & project management
* Communication and Leadership Excellent oral and written communications skills and interpersonal skills and ability to influence
* Fluent in English
