About the Role

As a Director, Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our retail marketing strategy. You'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, and buying teams to drive growth and success in both owned retail and wholesale channels.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive retail marketing calendar aligned with our overall go-to-market strategies. This will involve creating integrated campaigns that maximize sell-through across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for developing data-driven recommendations to reach new audiences and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure optimal campaign execution and maximize value creation. This includes managing relationships, setting expectations, and driving results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand and PR teams regarding retailer support. You'll provide insights on campaign creative, content distribution, sales performance, and other relevant information.
  • Communicate marketing requirements to the visual merchandising team, ensuring alignment between campaigns and in-store experiences.
  • Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and generate insightful reports on all retailer activities. This includes analyzing ROI and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
About You:

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for retail marketing. You have a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful campaigns that drive results. Your strong analytical skills, combined with your ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a management position within a global consumer goods company.
  • Experience in the apparel, fashion, footwear, or outdoor industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
