• Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth and expansion
• Provide expert legal advice on business law matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Conduct legal research and analysis to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors

• Master's degree in Business Law or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and writing skills
