Job Description

IPAC Bachelor Factory is a leading pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in the south-west of France. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing and Communication Assistant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sponsoring team in managing public relations.
  • Coordinate between different entities and their guests.
  • Manage a database of invitations and information.
  • Assist the Sponsoring team in project follow-up.
  • Manage responses to sponsorship proposals.
  • Update partnership balances.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
