Nous recherchons un(e) Project Coordinator Specialist pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et intervenir sur des projets innovants et complexes dans le secteur du génie civil et des infrastructures.

Responsabilités Principales
  • Coordination de Projet : Assurer la planification et l'exécution des projets, en coordonnant les différentes équipes impliquées.
  • Suivi des Délais : Garantir le respect des calendriers de projet et proposer des solutions en cas de retard.
  • Gestion des Fournisseurs : Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et veiller à la livraison en temps et en heure des matériaux et équipements nécessaires.
  • Reporting et Communication : Produire des rapports réguliers sur l'avancement des projets et communiquer efficacement avec toutes les parties prenantes.
Profil Recherché

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possèdera les qualifications suivantes :

  • Formation : Diplôme de technicien supérieur ou ingénieur en génie civil, gestion de projet, ou un domaine similaire.
  • Expérience : Expérience significative de 3 à 5 ans en coordination de projet, idéalement dans le secteur des infrastructures ou du génie civil.
  • Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projet (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.) et des outils de suivi budgétaire.
  • Capacités Organisationnelles : Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément avec un fort sens des priorités et du détail.
  • Capacités Relationnelles : Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation pour collaborer avec diverses équipes et fournisseurs.
  • Adaptabilité et Réactivité : Capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux changements et à réagir efficacement dans des situations imprévues.
