Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at AREA TEMPS, INC. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or modifying high-quality tooling and/or machined parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture or modify tooling and/or machined parts to meet company or customer drawing requirements
• Keep machines and work area clean and organized
• Recommend tools, supplies, and new machinery
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• General Machining experience
• Thorough knowledge of manual lathes and mills and stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and other types of materials used
• Ability to setup and use many different types of machines, saws, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings; CAD skills preferred
• Ability to duplicate or copy existing product without drawing
• Ability to make and inspect threads using many types of inspection gauges
• Ability to possess own hand tools, lift over 50 pounds, and work well with others
• Ability to follow all company rules and regulations
