Position Overview
As part of our team at the Creys-Malville site, the largest nuclear decommissioning project globally, you will be engaged in the intricate task of dismantling the internal components of the Superphénix reactor vessel. This pivotal role is expected to span over four years, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark project.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of remote-controlled and robotic systems for the dismantling of structures, ensuring adherence to established procedures and monitoring operational progress.
- Conduct tests and maintenance of robotic equipment, including troubleshooting and modifications as necessary.
- Identify and rectify faults, implementing preventive and corrective measures while contributing to the design and execution of new operational programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Work Schedule
The operations will be conducted in shifts, either 2x8 or 3x8, from Monday to Friday, with weekends off, ensuring a balanced work-life environment.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a candidate with a degree in robotics or automation, complemented by practical experience in the commissioning or operation of robotic systems and specialized machinery. A passion for tackling technical challenges in a large-scale project is essential.
