Criteo's Procurement Function is a centralized team of 9 members based in Paris and Barcelona, focusing on strategic sourcing and vendor management for Criteo globally.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of sourcing strategies, bring innovative solutions, and challenge the status quo.
- Manage a yearly spend in hundreds of millions of USD spread across the globe.
- Evolutive and corrective maintenance of the tools used by the procurement function, including the collection of user needs, incidents, bugs, statements of work drafting, exchanges with internal departments (e.g. IT, Finance...) but also external partners (software vendors).
- Support for the improvement of processes and data management to offer both a better experience and reporting/dashboarding to internal users and buyers.
- Development, monitoring, and analysis of the performance indicators of the procurement function, such as the contract coverage rate, the level of satisfaction of internal customers, the respect of deadlines, etc.
- Participation in strategic purchasing initiatives (supplier risk management, spend analysis, contract mapping, SRM...).
- Master's level in Procurement, Engineering, or Management.
- Real appetite for IT and innovation, and ideally first internship/apprenticeship related to IT.
- No reluctancy to improve processes, tooling...
- Figures, Excel, and PowerBi will be your best friends.
- Interested in web/tech business.
- Taste for working in a fast-paced, always-changing environment.
- Eagerness to work hard and play hard.
Criteo is a leader in commerce media, and this role is based in our Paris Offices. Flexible working conditions with a minimum of 2 days in the office a week.
