AT INTERNET - Strategic Client Relationship Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, developing a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives.
  • Foster enduring relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to drive retention and revenue enhancement.
  • Identify client requirements while aligning them with AT INTERNET's strategic goals.
  • Enhance client value through relationship deepening, revenue generation, and profitability initiatives.
  • Recognize, negotiate, and finalize upsell opportunities, leading cross-selling initiatives.
  • Engage in client meetings to showcase new features and recommend strategies for maximizing our solutions.
  • Monitor client performance metrics to uncover new business opportunities and ensure continuous value delivery.
  • Act as a secondary contact for inquiries and issue resolution, collaborating with technical teams to provide effective solutions.
  • Manage high-priority requests or escalations to successful resolution.
  • Communicate across departments to report on client initiatives, focusing on product development and opportunity identification.
  • Maintain and update the Client Success CRM for accurate data entry and proactive account management.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a Key Account Management role; experience in AdTech, Analytics, SaaS, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Located in Paris or willing to travel as needed.
  • Strong knowledge in areas such as Analytics, Identity Management, or Campaign Performance Reporting is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital media monetization and online marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in productivity software (Microsoft, Apple).
  • Basic technical knowledge (JavaScript, HTML) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience managing public sector accounts and familiarity with relevant systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills such as Spanish or Italian are beneficial.
