Job Summary

Aptiv plc is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the monthly closing of accounts in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the monthly closing of accounts in US GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local finance rules.
  • Work closely with functional teams to develop reports, including Preliminary Results, Weekly Sales, Budget and Forecast, Balance Sheet Reporting, Customer Reporting, and Ad hoc reporting.
  • Support the performance of the group through follow-up of receivables, customer complaints, opportunities, and specific projects and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with local finance rules by collaborating with the central corporate team and external service providers.
  • Support internal and external audits and implement solutions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in finance, business management, controlling, or equivalent.
  • ~ 6 years' experience in finance in a large group, ideally 2 years in Audit function.
  • Good knowledge in controlling, accounting, and US GAAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Effective English communication skills.
