Empiric Seeks Experienced Oracle HCM Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in Core HR modules to collaborate with one of our esteemed clients in France. This opportunity will enable you to work with cutting-edge Oracle HCM technology, drive strategic HR transformations, and provide expert solutions to enhance business efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM with a focus on Core HR, a deep understanding of HR processes, and a proven track record of delivering complex HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Core HR modules.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Provide end-to-end consultancy services, from system configuration to integration and support.
  • Analyze, design, and document solutions to enhance HR processes and streamline business workflows.
  • Support system testing, user training, and go-live activities, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, especially within the French HR context, including GDPR and other legal frameworks.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery within budget and scope.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant, with a specialization in Core HR modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including Oracle HCM Cloud, and Oracle Fusion Core HR.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems, with a focus on Core HR functionalities.
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and system customizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Knowledge of local HR laws and regulations in France is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certification (Core HR or related modules) is preferred.
  • Experience working with global implementations and multi-country rollouts.
  • Knowledge of additional Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Talent Management, Absence Management) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in HR consulting for large-scale enterprises.
