We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Risk Analyst at AVEM. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks that could impact our business.
Key Responsibilities- Pilot the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and procedures to ensure effective risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their risk management needs and develop tailored solutions to address these needs.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain risk registers and ensure that all risks are properly documented and tracked.
- Provide training and support to business stakeholders on risk management best practices and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements and ensure that our risk management practices are aligned with these requirements.
- Relevant degree in a field such as risk management, finance, or business.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
