About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RAMS Manager to join our team at Alstom, a leading company in the mobility sector. As a Senior RAMS Manager, you will be responsible for leading the RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) activities for our Turnkey projects, ensuring compliance with Railway CENELEC standards and project contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the RAMS team in managing tenders and global railway projects, ensuring timely delivery of RAMS activities and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement RAMS strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, industrial, sourcing, and validation, to ensure effective RAMS management.
  • Manage the RAMS network with subsystem RAMS managers to coordinate project RAMS activities.
  • Perform RAMS analysis and ensure the quality of RAMS deliverables, fostering their acceptance by customers, independent parties, and safety authorities.
Requirements
  • Advanced University Degree in Engineering, RAMS, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in RAM/Safety Management, preferably in the railway industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work on international projects.
