Job Summary:The Material Handler will work in one or more various warehouse/production areas as assigned to include inbound, outbound, picking, staging, packing, sorting, material replenishment, and/or inventory control. This role requires the ability to maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and execute all work following all regulatory requirements, including Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:- Supply production lines with label/pack materials.
- Train and perform inventory scans, moves, relocation transactions as needed.
- Safely operate manual/power warehouse equipment (i.e., Forklift) as needed.
- Perform frequent inventory, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
- Restock materials in warehouse locations and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Coordinate with QA to ensure system disposition and physical movement of materials to designated areas are performed in parallel.
- May perform any other related duties as required.
- High school diploma or GED plus six months warehouse or equivalent environment experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, cycle count, forklift training is preferred.
- Some prior experience with Inventory Control functions is a plus.
- Some computer skills with inventory management systems/software preferred.
- Follows written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate productive work ethic and meet or exceed deadlines.
- Interacts equally well with all associates utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
- Must pay attention to details and be able to handle multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in GMP manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must comply with all company safety regulations and procedures.
