About the Role

Axiom Technologies, a global IT services partner, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an IT Desktop Support Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote support to end-users within our office environment, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical issues.
  • Coordinate and execute technical activities, from simple to complex plans, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall service quality.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Exchange, and other IT systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Apple operating systems and SCCM.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the Desktop Support area.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.
