Lead and Manage Highway Operations for a Leading Infrastructure Provider
ASF Direction Régionale Aquitaine Midi-Pyrénées is seeking a dedicated and experienced Highway Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of a highway section within our dynamic team. As part of our commitment to connecting territories and promoting safe, efficient mobility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vital infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to operational teams responsible for maintenance, toll collection, and other critical functions.
- Develop and implement operational plans to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operational goals with the overall strategic objectives of ASF Direction Régionale Aquitaine Midi-Pyrénées.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance highway operations.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team.
Your Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in operational management within the transportation or infrastructure sector. You possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience managing teams and overseeing complex operational processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and achieve organizational goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
