We are currently seeking a motivated Recruitment Assistant (Intern) to join our dynamic team in Nantes for a minimum of six months.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with consultants on the development and execution of recruitment and communication strategies.
  • Work alongside consultants to define precise candidate profiles that align with client needs.
  • Proactively source and engage potential candidates through various job boards and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews with prospective candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  • Assist in preparing compelling candidate presentations for clients.
  • Monitor the performance of newly hired employees during their probationary period.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and manage administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field. Successful candidates will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong analytical mindset. Fluency in English is essential.
