Business Manager

Statkraft is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our Origination team, you will be responsible for driving profitability and operational excellence in our Market Access and Origination business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve value chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify and prioritize operational issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate and resolve problems.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
- Participate in operational projects and cross-functional groups, driving continuous improvement in contracts and internal processes.
- Support the Head of Origination France in end-to-end origination business administration and strategy development.
- Contribute to new business development initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Previous experience in energy markets, particularly in origination-related products and internal operational processes.
- Project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
- High level of motivation, structured way of working, and ability to get things done.
- Fluency in English and French, with international travel for business purposes expected.
