About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead QA Manager to join our team at Maten, a leading software editor based in the PACA region. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and driving the development of our testing and automation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Lead the testing and automation team to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of our products.
  • Identify and report defects to the development team and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure testing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless testing and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing or QA leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of testers, set clear goals, and encourage excellence in task execution.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), and automated testing technologies (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality.
