Our team of experts has been asserting the difference of a French culture and imagining new shopping experiences for years, applied to a multitude of retail professions, including cosmetics, jewelry, department stores, shopping centers, mass distribution, food and beverage, travel retail, and more.
We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to lead creative concepts, manage, and present retail design projects. As the driving force behind our team, you will be responsible for the quality of the work produced and act as the guarantor of our agency's image, ensuring that all requirements are met. The Design Manager will lead several projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery, and will be responsible for:
- Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from design to delivery
- Guarantee the quality of creative output
- Lead successful client meetings, briefings, and presentations
- Strategic Planning
- Build a strategy and concept for brands and projects from a brief
- Consolidate all ideas and drive the project creatively
- Team Leadership
- Guide and support a team of junior to senior designers, 3D designers, architects, and art directors
- Recruit, train, and develop your team
- Commercial Development
- Participate in and support the commercial development of the agency
We are looking for a charismatic, innovative, and passionate individual with a Master's degree in Design, Interior Design, or Architecture, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a creative agency. You should have excellent knowledge of the industry, new concepts, and design worldwide, and be able to motivate and drive a team to their creative best. Bilingual English is a must, and another language is an asset. Please attach a portfolio for review, and we look forward to seeing your work.
