Job Title: Marketing Specialist Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist Intern to join our team at Euronext. As a Marketing Specialist Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Growth Marketing & Partnerships Manager in creating and managing marketing campaigns, developing effective marketing activities, and tracking customer and competitor insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of marketing campaign activity across our digital channels, including content creation and management for website, email, and social media.
  • Track, analyze, and report on customer and competitor insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate corporate events, webinars, and other marketing activities to engage with our audience.
  • Support the team in executing marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with Euronext's brand guidelines and standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Assist with administrative tasks across the marketing function, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate the production of internal presentation materials to support marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with Euronext's guidelines and standards.
  • Work with the creative agency to develop visuals and copy for campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Help maintain our brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English; French or any other European language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and SEO best practices.
  • Strong skills in monitoring industry trends and analyzing competitor strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Previous experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web hosting services and content management systems.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Team spirit and capacity to work with others in an international environment.
