Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our France/EMEA Professional Services Office. As a key member of our PSO Team, you will collaborate with product management, sales, and presales to provide technical expertise during pre-sales and project delivery engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the complete customer solution and create a solution vision that addresses technical and business outcomes.
- Lead workshop sessions to gather customer requirements and critical business challenges.
- Prepare and deliver presentations of the company's solutions internally and externally.
- Ensure proactive communication with the global team to ensure alignment.
- Support Axway PSO activities such as design assistance for complex use cases, architecture guidance, customer health assessments, and advisory services.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and contribute to the technical direction of the company while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Act as a mentor and may lead a team on complex opportunities.
- Communicate with sales, services, and product management teams regarding customer and partner initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in the IT industry in similar roles, preferably with a software/solutions vendor.
- Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) products, message-oriented service patterns, EAI, ESB, and SOA.
- Enterprise Security standards and Identity Management: PKI infrastructure, SSO best practices, LDAP, SAML, OpenID, Multifactor, OAuth.
- Networking protocols and technology: TCP/IP, SFTP, PESIT, HTTPS.
- Hands-on development experience with JavaScript, Java, Python, bash, REST.
- Broad understanding of mobile, cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions as well as containers and deployment platforms.
