Key Responsibilities- Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of risks to ensure accurate and profitable treaty reinsurance business.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Underwriting and Negotiation: Negotiate and bind profitable treaty reinsurance business, managing portfolio exposures and supporting risk accumulation control.
- Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of business strategies, expanding our footprint and reach across multiple countries.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in reinsurance underwriting, preferably with a Casualty background and experience in the markets in scope for the branch.
- Education: University degree in quantitative studies or economics.
- Language: Fluent French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in other languages as needed.
- Travel: Willingness to travel, with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
