Gustave Roussy, the leading European cancer research center, is seeking a Radioprotection Officer to join its Quality Department, specifically the Radiation Protection Service.
Missions:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the radiological safety of personnel working with ionizing radiation. Key tasks will include:
- Monitoring and controlling radiation exposure of personnel
- Contributing to risk assessments and post-occupancy evaluations
- Conducting internal radiation protection and environmental controls
- Planning and performing technical checks on radiation measurement equipment
- Performing periodic radiation protection checks
- Supervising external radiation protection checks
- Providing training on radiation protection to workers
- Managing radioactive waste and contaminated effluents
- Coordinating responses to radiation incidents
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold a State Diploma in Electroradiology and a PCR (Radiation Protection Level II) certification, or a Master's degree in Radiation Protection. A minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting is required.

- Ability to work in a team
- Sense of responsibility, diplomacy, and discretion
- Scientific rigor, precision, and method
- Ability to organize, structure, and follow projects
- Ability to inform and report
- Proficiency in computer tools
The successful candidate will be recognized for their rigor and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is an asset.
Contract:
A CDI contract with a forfait status, with a salary adjusted according to experience. Additional benefits include CSE, restaurant d'entreprise, Mutuelle, Crèche d'entreprise, 16 JNT, 5 weeks of Annual Leave, and remuneration of transportation costs.
