Our mission is to become the leader in out-of-home delivery in Europe, and we're looking for a passionate IT Program Manager to help us achieve this goal.
Job Description
We're seeking a skilled IT Program Manager to lead strategic projects and drive alignment between various teams and departments. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, designing technical solutions, and ensuring project resources and budgets are tracked and up-to-date.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead transversal projects/programs to drive alignment between teams and departments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve effective buy-in.
- Design and recommend technical solutions in collaboration with experts.
- Identify project risks and issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate impacts of issues to ensure all parties are aligned.
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts.
- Ensure timely use of project and technology tools to drive accountability.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in engineering school, Project Management, or related field.
- Previous proven project leadership experience (3+ years).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and create a cohesive project team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ability to solve complex problems and present them in a simple and effective way.
- Autonomous and rigorous, with a strong sense of organization and reactivity.
- Experience in Software Development or Technical Support preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
