You will work closely with our executive team, providing critical insights that drive key business decisions. In a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you will act as a true business partner, combining advanced financial analysis with a deep understanding of our operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of our global operational and financial performance.
  • Define, forecast, and analyze key operational and financial KPIs such as GMV, revenue, marketing spend, customer lifetime value, and opex.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, supporting decision-making with insightful analyses and dynamic dashboards.
  • Drive the automation and optimization of financial processes, including the adoption of cutting-edge reporting and forecasting tools.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on strategic initiatives, including M&A opportunities and international expansion.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce or tech environment.
  • Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field from top-tier institution.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, integrity, and passion for tackling complex challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English and French, with ability to influence senior management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
  • Team player, eager to collaborate, learn, and grow within supportive team.
